The reason behind the work

It started with an A1C of 11.1%—and a decision to understand why.

A Type 2 diabetes diagnosis became a turning point for our founder, Joshua Cheshire. He did not want to take medication and simply hope for the best. He wanted to understand how sleep, food, movement, stress, treatment, and daily choices were affecting his body.

“I don’t want six different apps. I want one place that tells me how healthy I am.”

That simple request became the foundation of Health Command Center—and later, Cheshire Health Labs. What began as a personal need revealed a much larger problem shared by millions of people.

If you have ever felt overwhelmed by numbers, frustrated by disconnected apps, or unsure what to do next, you are not alone.

The problem today

Our data is connected to devices. It is not connected to understanding.

Glucose, activity, sleep, blood pressure, weight, CPAP, hydration, medications, and lab results often live in separate places. Each number may be accurate, but the person is left to assemble the story alone.

Designed around the whole person

One view across the signals that shape health.

Health Command Center is being designed to organize data from health platforms, wearables, home monitoring devices, and manually recorded details when they are truly needed.

G

Glucose

A glucose reading is one moment. Health Command Center helps you see how sleep, meals, activity, stress, and treatment may relate to the pattern.

No single number defines your health. The story becomes clearer when the signals are understood together.

From scattered data to one useful day

Technology should do the work. The user should get the clarity.

Automatic whenever possible. Manual only when necessary. The experience is being shaped to reduce tracking burden, explain what changed, and recommend a manageable next step.

Patient Health Summary

A clearer story between visits

Designed to support—but never replace—professional medical judgment.

The reporting difference

Give the doctor the story, not another pile of numbers.

Most appointments begin with snapshots: a recent A1C, weight, blood pressure, or lab result. Important changes between visits can be difficult to reconstruct from memory.

Our report concept is designed to organize trends, timing, and relevant context so a clinician can review what changed and when—without searching through pages of raw data.

Example of the intended insight “Lower sleep duration repeatedly coincided with higher morning glucose.”

Consumer-first. Built with the future in mind.

Better personal understanding can support better connected care.

Health Command Center begins with the individual. Over time, consumer-controlled reporting may help create more prepared conversations, more useful remote-care context, and a clearer view of outcomes beyond the clinic.

For people

One trusted place to understand health and make more informed daily decisions.

For care teams

Clear, structured information from the time between visits, shared by the patient.

For health leaders

A patient-centered foundation for exploring responsible remote and hybrid care models.

For public programs

A long-term vision for accessible tools that can strengthen understanding across communities.

A clearer path forward

You can do this. You do not have to figure it out alone.

Understanding your health should not require six apps, a spreadsheet, or a medical degree. Health Command Center is being built to help you see what matters, understand what may need attention, and take one manageable step forward.

Our mission

Turn fragmented health data into clear, personalized guidance that helps people live healthier, longer lives.

We are building carefully, with respect for the trust that personal health information requires.
